Dave started training with True after a recommendation from his physiotherapist. Following a nasty football injury to his ankle, he needed to rebuild muscle around a damaged ligament.
After working on this initial goal Dave continued to train with True to improve general fitness and strength, and to train for other events such as a long distance swim. For Dave the great thing about True is that they have always tailored programs to meet his specific goals, altering exercise and nutritional programs to help him achieve results.
True has always been available to Dave outside of the assigned gym sessions to give advice on nutrition via phone or email. Not only this but they always try to accomodate requests around sessions to fit with Dave's busy work schedule. All in all it really is a 24/7 service.
