The True approach requires real and honest commitment from the participant.

We can only guarantee improvements to your overall health, wellbeing, physical fitness and physique providing that the following criteria are met:

  • Sleep 8-9 hours every night
  • Adjust eating habits after an analysis of food diary
  • Spend some time each week preparing food at home
  • Reduce/eliminate intoxicant abuse (e.g. drinking & smoking)
  • Work hard during each exercise training session
  • Complete independent workouts as directed
  • Drink 2-3 litres of water daily
  • Arrive at each Personal Training session rested and in a good condition
  • Make your commitment to truly change your lifestyle a priority

Completing this will give us a much better idea of what you are looking for from your personal trainer and the goals you'd like to achieve.
