True was founded by myself, Richard De-Schivanovits in 2005. I recognised that far too many people had huge misconceptions about what a personal trainer does and whether they need one or not. True aims to make exercise as simple and easy as possible, so that people can enjoy themselves and get the most out of a personal trainer.

Training sessions with True will definitely require you to work hard. We always tailor our training programmes to you and your individual needs. If you have specific requirements for training or exercise goals, these can all be built into your plan. Not only this but other areas of your life such as how long you need to sleep, what you should be eating and how you treat your body will all be addressed, providng a complete way of life that you can maintain. Ultimately what we provide needs to work for you, so you will be motivated to continue working hard and keep coming back for more.
